Job Description
Choice Auto is seeking an organized, customer-focused Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing service department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating repairs, and keeping a fast-paced shop operating efficiently. As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience while working closely with our technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time. Primary Responsibilities Schedule and manage customer service appointments Create and maintain repair orders within our dealership management system (DMS) Manage customer accounts from check-in through vehicle delivery Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and updates with customers Coordinate workflow with technicians to maximize shop efficiency Order, receive, and return parts as needed Handle customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions Maintain accurate service records and documentation Deliver exceptional customer service while helping achieve department goals What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software Automotive service experience is preferred but not required A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Why Choice Auto?
