Shop Foreman 3:00 PM 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)

Now Hiring Shop Foreman Council Bluffs, Iowa Sapp Bros is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our established Council Bluffs Service Center. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who values safety, teamwork, and delivering 5-Star Service.

Responsibilities Include:

Lead and support Service Writers, Lube Techs, and Diesel Technicians Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and trailers Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Train and mentor technicians to support ongoing development Communicate clearly with customers and the service team Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Perform technician duties and assist with service truck operations as needed Sapp Bros. has proudly served the trucking industry for over 45 years, built on a culture of Safety, Professionalism, and Service.

Who We're Looking For:

Experienced diesel or heavy-duty truck mechanic with supervisory or leadership experience (preferred). Strong technical knowledge of diesel truck and trailer repair. Excellent communication and team-building skills. Safety-minded with a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace. Positive attitude and a passion for serving others.
