Job Description

Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor will plan, organize, implement and direct a program of total preventative and predictive plant maintenance operations and ensure facilities and equipment is maintained to produce world class product
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and direct maintenance associates to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations. Coordinate daily maintenance activities and prioritize repairs and projects based on production needs. Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate maintenance priorities, issues, and status updates to leadership and plant personnel. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment. Troubleshoot and support maintenance activities involving PLCs, ladder logic, robotic interfaces, and related systems. Work with vendors and contractors on maintenance projects and equipment repairs. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, efficiency, and Lean Manufacturing principles. Provide coaching, performance feedback, training, and development to maintenance associates. Conduct performance evaluations and administer corrective action when necessary. Maintain required maintenance and employee documentation. Promote and enforce all safety policies, PPE requirements, and safe work practices. Support plant quality, environmental, and operational goals. Step in for maintenance leadership when needed and perform hands-on maintenance duties as required. Adjust work schedules or shifts as necessary to support business and production needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of maintenance associates and assigned maintenance personnel.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or higher in a related technical field preferred. 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of PLCs, ladder logic, robotic interfaces, and industrial maintenance systems. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient with computers and common business applications. Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, diagrams, specifications, and business documents.

Full-time Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
