This role involves managing a team of maintenance and custodial staff, overseeing preventive and emergency maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes. Desired Qualifications Experience in facility management Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical Aptitude Leadership of team of staff members: management, administration, vision implementation Strong communication and relational skills Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Able to meet deadline expectations Able to work with other directors and coordinate activities Other qualifications that could serve in a substitutionary capacity may be considered Supervisor - Superintendent Qualifications Profile
Certification/License:
Iowa State Certification as required for position. Motor Vehicle Operator's License or ability to provide own transportation. Education Bachelor's Degree or applicable Industry Credential from an accredited college or university.
