Job Description

Maintenance Supervisor Position Summary The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for renovating, repairing, and preparing manufactured homes for sale while maximizing resale value, curb appeal, and return on investment. This position focuses on home rehabs, make-readies, repairs, upgrades, and quality control to ensure homes are market-ready and meet Harmony International standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Complete interior and exterior renovations of manufactured homes. Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, drywall, painting, appliances, doors, windows, skirting, and siding. Evaluate homes and recommend cost-effective improvements to increase resale value. Prepare homes for marketing, showings, and occupancy. Complete home inspections and ensure all work meets company quality standards. Maintain project timelines, material inventories, and renovation budgets. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed. Assist with decks, sheds, landscaping, and exterior improvements that enhance curb appeal. Follow all safety policies and company procedures. Qualifications The ability to take direction and complete tasks assigned High School Diploma or GED required. Experience in construction, remodeling, maintenance, carpentry, or manufactured housing preferred. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairs. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
