The Idaho Transportation Department has an opening for a Program Manager located at our current Headquarters office in Boise within the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Our Vehicle Services Program is responsible for ensuring systems, policies, and processes are in alignment with state laws. The manager will be proficient in vehicle registration, title processing, and related activities to these sub-programs. Directing staff for policy and procedures updates and providing guidance for training are core components of this role. Role engages with ITD and advisory boards. Crucial partnerships are supported within this role; this is a public role and interacts with multiple stakeholders. DMV managers embrace the vision and direction of the department and division and lead their teams with positive and active participation. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience providing technical expertise or managing a major program. Some knowledge of management practices.
