$38+ an hour DOE Express Employment is seeking a seasoned Facility Maintenance Technician for a supervisor position with our local Caldwell client. Cordell Pay:

$38.00 - $55.00/hour Depending on experience level

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday 7am to 4pm Expected overtime 10+ hours a week! Key Responsibilities Oversee and schedule all preventative and corrective maintenance activities Manage the maintenance team and coordinate workflow Maintain and manage inventory in the tool crib Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues Collaborate closely with Production and Safety to ensure a safe and efficient facility Recommend parts, coordinate vendor repairs, and support technical solutions Skills & Competencies Strong technical and mechanical skillset Leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Highly organized with effective time management Implement and maintain long-term preventative maintenance strategies Track downtime trends and recommend improvements Ability to train and mentor maintenance staff Required Qualifications 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility Experience with industrial equipment and electrical maintenance Mechanically inclined with working knowledge of: o Stationary Saws o Basic power/hand tools o Pneumatic tools o Hoists o Small engine repairs Ability to troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and coordinate major repairs OSHA 10 (or ability to obtain) Preferred Qualifications Supervisory experience leading maintenance staff Basic PLC troubleshooting or electrical diagnostics Welding or light fabrication experience Experience with facility maintenance or HVAC helpful but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs. Work performed in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise Work Schedule Full-time, onsite Typically, 50+ hours per week depending on production needs Occasional nights or weekends may be required
