If so, we want you! About Us Since being founded in 2014 Tyson Daniels, along with his wife Angela own 9 Grease Monkey Stores in Eastern Idaho. Also, Tyson is owner with a prior employee of 5 stores in Colorado 1 Wyoming as well as with a previous customer he has opened 5 stores (2 in Utah and 3 in Nevada). Our goal is to have 50 total stores within the next 10 years across all divisions. We are excited about our growth plans. We are a thriving automotive shop renowned for our commitment to exceptional customer service and quality repairs. We're looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team and lead us to even greater success.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of multiple shop's operations, including sales, services, and administration Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability Manage a team of technicians, service advisors, and other staff Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners Manage inventory and budgets Track and analyze key performance indicators

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within an automotive shop Proven track record of success in driving revenue and profitability Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in automotive repair principles and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Computer skills using email, Google drive, Excel, etc.
