Facilities Maintenance Manager Location:
Lewiston, Idaho Position Summary Happy Day Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations supporting our restaurants, distribution center, and corporate facilities. The primary focus is planning, scheduling, coordinating, and continuously improving maintenance operations while developing the maintenance team. Leadership Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team. Assign and prioritize work orders based on business needs. Promote safety, accountability, teamwork, and customer service. Conduct performance discussions and coaching. Planning & Scheduling Develop daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules. Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Balance emergency repairs with planned maintenance. Coordinate outside contractors when necessary. Maintenance Operations Oversee repairs involving restaurant equipment, building systems, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, refrigeration, and general facility maintenance. Support capital improvement projects and equipment installations. Asset & Inventory Management Maintain parts inventory and equipment records. Use CMMS software to schedule, track, and document work. Analyze maintenance trends and opportunities for improvement. Minimum Qualifications Five or more years of maintenance experience. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong planning, organization, and scheduling skills. Excellent communication skills. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications CMMS experience. Commercial facilities, restaurant, manufacturing, warehouse, or healthcare maintenance experience. HVAC or commercial refrigeration experience. EPA Certification is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, and work on rooftops. Lift up to 75 pounds. Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.
