$106,200 - $140,700 + Eligibility for 10% Annual Bonus Lead Reliability, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement at a High-Performing Manufacturing Facility Are you an experienced engineering leader looking to make a measurable impact on plant performance, equipment reliability, and operational excellence? We are seeking a Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, mechanical integrity, and engineering initiatives at a growing manufacturing operation. In this leadership role, you will oversee maintenance and technical teams, drive preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, manage capital improvement projects, and support process safety and regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve plant reliability, increase production efficiency, and support long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead plant maintenance, reliability, and mechanical integrity programs

Manage maintenance personnel, contractors, budgets, and major shutdowns

Drive root cause analysis, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives

Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies

Lead engineering support for process optimization, facility upgrades, and capital projects

Support process safety management (PSM), regulatory compliance, and audit readiness

Manage control systems, technical resources, and new product scale-up activities

Develop training programs, procedures, and best practices to improve operational performance Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

5+ years of manufacturing, plant engineering, maintenance, or process engineering experience

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Experience with plant reliability, maintenance systems, utilities, or industrial operations

Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities Benefits
