You will leverage your technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to ensure peak performance, safety, and efficiency across all facility assets. Responsibilities Direct and mentor maintenance staff to ensure seamless equipment installation, repair, and ongoing preventive maintenance. Design and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life. Conduct thorough facility inspections to optimize space utilization and ensure infrastructure integrity. Manage complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring all installations meet rigorous technical specifications and safety standards. Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory compliance, including hazardous waste management and utility agency coordination. Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department and tool room, including performance management and staff development. Provide hands-on technical support for troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues when necessary. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in industrial maintenance supervision or a similar leadership capacity.
