We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our operations team. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. You will partner closely with Maintenance and Production teams to drive preventative maintenance programs, manage work orders, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance Partner with Maintenance and Operations teams to prioritize work and minimize production disruptions Manage maintenance work orders within
CMMS/SAP
systems, including assignment, tracking, and closure Coordinate parts availability, vendor quotes, and purchase requisitions to support maintenance activities Develop and maintain technical documentation (drawings, specifications, spare parts lists) Analyze equipment performance data (e.g., MTBF) to improve reliability and reduce downtime Support inventory control and maintenance budgeting for parts and repairs Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements Perform other related duties as assigned Position Specific Details Competitive annual base salary between $78-$90K, based on experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in maintenance planning, reliability, or industrial operations will be considered. Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance planning, reliability, or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred; combination of education, experience, and/or training will be considered. Experience with CMMS systems (SAP, Infor, or similar) required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Understanding of preventative maintenance programs, equipment reliability, and inventory control processes. Flexibility for overtime and flex shift hours required.
