Automotive Service ManagerConfidential Opportunity | Partner Dealership of Ethos Group Ethos Group is partnering with a reputable automotive dealership to identify an experienced Service Manager to lead and grow a high-performing service department. We are seeking a driven leader with a strong background in fixed operations, team development, customer satisfaction, and departmental profitability. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience while driving service growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the service department. Lead, mentor, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff. Drive service sales, customer retention, and overall department profitability. Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including labor sales, parts sales, CSI scores, and technician productivity. Ensure efficient workflow, scheduling, and repair order management. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concerns. Recruit, train, and retain top service talent. Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements and dealership policies. Collaborate with dealership leadership to achieve overall business objectives. Qualifications Previous Automotive Service Manager experience required. Strong understanding of dealership service operations and fixed operations management. Proven track record of increasing service department performance and profitability. Experience managing Service Advisors, Technicians, and support personnel. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee development.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
