Compensation, Benefits & Perks:

• $27.00
• 30.00 an hour
• Up to $4,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
• Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• This role has administrative aspects but is largely a hands on role helping with work orders and apartment turns as needed.

Duties are split between this role and the head technician on site.

Schedule:

Monday

• Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 4 weeks Full Time
• Year Round work.

Overtime potential available! A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position. This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening. Valid driver's license required. A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
