Lead Reliability. Drive Safety. Keep Operations Running. Are you a hands-on electrical maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment? We're looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team, champion safety initiatives, and drive reliability across a complex manufacturing operation. This is an opportunity to take ownership of electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities while helping improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and support operational excellence. What You'll Do

Lead and Develop Your Team

Supervise and support electrical and instrumentation maintenance personnel.

Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and departmental goals.

Address employee relations matters, performance concerns, and workplace issues in accordance with labor agreements and company policies.

Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.

Champion Safety and Compliance

Drive a strong safety culture through leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Oversee safety training, inspections, job safety analyses (JSAs), documentation, and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other applicable safety standards.

Lead by example in creating a zero-incident workplace.

Manage Maintenance Operations

Coordinate daily maintenance activities with operations and production teams.

Prioritize planned, corrective, and emergency work to maximize equipment availability.

Allocate resources effectively to meet production and customer demands.

Minimize downtime through effective scheduling and execution of maintenance work.

Provide Technical Expertise

Serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting complex electrical and instrumentation issues.

Guide maintenance teams through repairs and root-cause investigations.

Partner with engineering and operations teams to identify and implement long-term solutions.

Review maintenance history, equipment performance data, and technical documentation to improve reliability.

Drive Continuous Improvement

Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.

Reduce recurring equipment failures through root cause analysis and reliability strategies.

Improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Monitor maintenance KPIs and recommend process enhancements.

Support Reliability Excellence

Participate in reliability planning and maintenance strategy development.

Review work order backlogs, scheduling priorities, and maintenance planning processes.

Help drive improvements that reduce unplanned outages and increase operational performance.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

5+ years of electrical maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Experience leading union-represented maintenance teams is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment.

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex industrial electrical systems.

Experience reading and interpreting:

Electrical drawings

Instrumentation diagrams

Piping schematics

Engineering blueprints

Working knowledge of applicable industry standards and codes, including ASME and ANSI requirements.

Understanding of OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices.

Leadership Skills

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop maintenance teams.

Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and respond effectively to changing demands.

Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of an organization.

Computer Skills

Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS), ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to leverage technology and data to improve maintenance performance and reliability.
