Join our top-notch Maintenance team as our new Maintenance Lead today! A few details about the role: Assist in coordinating and supervising the general maintenance duties in the community including, but not limited to carpentry, electrical work, HVAC work, painting, plumbing, pool repairs, appliance repairs, landscaping, and refurbishment projects. Operate and maintain the heating and air conditioning systems, domestic water systems, refrigeration systems, pumps, motors, fans, electrical systems, and emergency generators. Assist with development plan of correction for maintenance deficiencies noted during survey inspections and provide a written copy to the director of plant operations. Coordinate the assignment of daily work orders, daily assignments, and preventive maintenance assignments. Perform periodic inspection of the community including, but not limited to, roofs, air conditioning systems, lighting, parking areas, and all mechanical equipment, ensuring all meet the standards of proper operation. Conduct fire drills and safety inspections as requested and develop proficiency in operation of the fire alarm system. And here's what you need to apply: High School diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred. Two to three years applicable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment.
