We're looking for a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor who enjoys leading people just as much as solving mechanical problems. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach technicians, coordinate daily shop operations, and jump in to help your team when needed. If you're an experienced diesel technician who's ready to take the next step—or you're already leading a shop and looking for a company where your leadership matters—we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of diesel technicians. Plan and prioritize daily shop workflow to maximize uptime. Work alongside technicians to troubleshoot and complete repairs when needed. Train new and existing technicians on procedures, diagnostics, and best practices. Monitor repair quality, productivity, and safety standards. Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair schedules with operations. Help create a positive, team-oriented shop culture built on accountability and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Experience repairing heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers. Previous leadership experience or a strong desire to lead and mentor others. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to organize work, communicate effectively, and keep priorities moving. Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork. Why Dynamic Transit? We're a family-owned trucking company that knows how critical an experienced maintenance team is to our success. Our supervisors are tasked with leading, teaching, and making an impact. You'll work with an experienced team that values collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement. We invest in our people and provide the tools and support needed to keep our fleet operating safely and efficiently. Benefits Competitive pay Four-day workweek Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company profit sharing program Paid time off Paid holidays Life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and critical illness insurance Stable, growing company with long-term career opportunities If you're looking for a manager or supervisor opportunity where you can continue using your technical skills while helping others succeed, we'd love to talk with you.
