In this role, you will oversee the upkeep, repair, and safety of our mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our three facilities as well as general upkeep of the building and surrounding grounds . Your position will ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and industry standards, fostering a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise and skills to support operational excellence. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, including mechanical systems repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, plumbing system maintenance, and HVAC system repair and filter maintenance. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to optimize equipment uptime. Oversee project management activities related to facilities upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within budget. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and engineering troubleshooting guides to diagnose issues accurately. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance. Keep exterior areas free of debris, garbage, weeds and overgrowth General building maintenance as required, including but not limited to: lighting upkeep, minor cosmetic repairs/paint as needed, janitorial tasks such as using the floor scrubber, snow removal/salting and cold weather prep. Travel between three locations maintaining building and grounds at each site Experience Proven experience managing facilities maintenance in an industrial or commercial setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in mechanical systems repair and industrial maintenance procedures. Demonstrated expertise in managing HVAC systems repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting (including high voltage), and mechanical systems repair. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and safety regulations including OSHA standards. Knowledge of maintenance repair procedures related to electrical experience (both high voltage and low voltage) and plumbing systems is essential. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Requirements Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Able to regularly lift/push/pull up to 50LBs. Have a valid driver's license. Able to drive between locations during the work week. Ability to perform tasks effectively, work independently, execute project management capabilities, and have excellent communication.
