This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll guide our team of technicians and service advisors while performing routine maintenance and under-car repairs yourself. - Lead and coordinate the daily activities of technicians, ensuring proper procedures and quality standards
- Manage shop workflow and assign tasks based on skill level and workload
- Support fellow technicians and assist with complex diagnostics and repairs
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and under-car repairs
- Help the team meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Continue building your knowledge of industry-standard tools and equipment What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Quick lube experience required; shop foreman experience in a quick lube environment is a huge plus
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven customer service skills with a strong CSI track record
- Solid selling skills
- Must have your own tools
- Valid driver's license
- ASE certification a big plus
- Previous dealership service department experience preferred
