Advancement Responsibilities:
Direct, monitor, and dispatch technician workloads to maximize daily efficiency Maintain seamless communication between Service Advisors, Technicians, and Management to keep everyone on the same page Relay repair orders quickly, minimize delays, and handle Used Car Inspection ROs with accuracy Keep Service Advisors updated on repair statuses, potential delays, and parts requests Track technician productivity goals, manage shop maintenance, and order/organize special tools Keep the Service Manager updated with daily status and activity reports
Qualifications:
Required:
Experience as a Journeyman/Master Technician and/or Service Manager within a dealership environment (
Note:
If you don't know what a flat-rate hour is, this isn't the role for you!) Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Comfortable navigating Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and standard shop software Ability to positively motivate, manage, and develop a diverse team of technicians Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
