You will leverage your expertise in CMMS platforms and technical scheduling to ensure that our production assets operate at peak performance while minimizing operational disruptions. Responsibilities Design and refine comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to extend asset lifecycles. Synchronize maintenance activities with production schedules to maximize equipment availability and throughput. Utilize data-driven insights from maintenance history to forecast resource needs and preemptively address potential mechanical failures. Manage the end-to-end work order lifecycle, ensuring technicians have the necessary parts, documentation, and tools to execute tasks efficiently. Maintain high data integrity within our maintenance management software to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize critical repairs based on safety and operational urgency. Oversee spare parts inventory levels and assist in budget planning to ensure cost-effective maintenance operations. Qualifications Required Skills Associate degree in a technical field such as Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. 2-5 years of dedicated experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability coordination. Demonstrated proficiency in CMMS software and technical documentation. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data to make strategic scheduling decisions. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with CNC machine troubleshooting and repair. Prior experience utilizing MaintainX or similar modern maintenance management platforms. Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced industrial environment. Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating with vendors, engineering teams, and floor technicians.
