Maintenance Manager

Randstad Staffing is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager in Rock Island, IL. You will lead and develop a maintenance team, oversee day-to-day operations, organize workflows, and analyze process efficiency. This role is accountable for achieving operational results safely and in alignment with company values.

Key Responsibilities Leadership:

Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team; provide constructive feedback.

Operations:

Organize workflows and analyze processes to maximize efficiency.

Safety:

Deliver maintenance results safely, aligning with company objectives.

Qualifications Required:

Experience:

5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience + HS Diploma/GED (or equivalent mix of education and experience).

Leadership:

3+ years of supervisory, team lead, or project leadership experience.

Technical:

5+ years of experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, boiler systems, electrical systems, reading schematics, and diagnosing PLC errors.

Systems:

Solid understanding of CMMS software or equivalent.

Flexibility:

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Preferred:

Education:

Bachelor s degree (Engineering, Business, or Operations Management).

Licensing:

Active Boiler s license.

Software:

Experience with Amtech and CTI; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills:

strong business acumen, results-driven, excellent communication, conflict management, and relationship-building skills. High attention to detail and strong troubleshooting/decision-making abilities.
