RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the service order process and manage the daily operations of the service team Consult customers to identify their vehicle repair and servicing needs, and deliver a great customer experience Generate accurate cost estimates and establish work orders Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians Communicate with customers regarding time expectations, updates, questions, etc. Manage the inventory process and order parts when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience as an automotive service writer/advisor required Prior experience leading a team and/or managing a service department highly preferred Solid understanding of automotive systems, including parts, tools, and services Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks Professional personal appearance and friendly personality to join the Fourwinds Lakeside Inn & Marina family and take your automotive career to the next level!

From $80,000.00 per year
