Job Description

Home Maintenance Lead II - Senior Living Maintenance Lead II Do you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in keeping a community running smoothly? Greencroft Goshen is looking for a Maintenance Lead to help maintain our senior living campus, ensuring residents have a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to call home.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00
PM On-Call Rotation:

Creativity, Respect, Openness, Fairness, and Teamwork What You'll Do:
  • Perform day-to-day maintenance throughout the campus
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
  • Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Assist with renovation projects, room setups, and campus improvements
  • Support seasonal responsibilities, including snow removal and grounds maintenance
  • Help coordinate maintenance activities and provide leadership within the department
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff
What We're Looking For:
  • Three or more years of maintenance experience
  • Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance
  • Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physically active work
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
  • Previous leadership experience is a plus
