Develop Your Team. Grow Your Career. Drive & Shine is looking for an experienced and motivated Lube Center Supervisor to help lead the daily operations of our fast-paced automotive service center. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting technicians, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring every vehicle leaves the shop serviced safely and efficiently. If you're passionate about leadership, automotive service, and developing people, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead daily operations of the Lube Center during assigned shifts. Supervise and coach Lube Technicians while working alongside the team. Ensure oil changes, preventative maintenance services, and vehicle inspections are completed accurately and efficiently. Maintain high standards for customer service and satisfaction. Assist customers by explaining inspection results and recommended maintenance services. Monitor workflow to maximize productivity and minimize wait times. Train, mentor, and develop new technicians. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. Help manage inventory, supplies, and equipment. Qualifications 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Automotive service, quick lube, dealership, or repair shop experience preferred. Strong knowledge of preventative vehicle maintenance. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to coach, train, and develop team members. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Physical & Work Environment Stand, walk, bend, crouch, and remain active throughout the shift. Lift up to 50 pounds. Work safely around moving vehicles, automotive equipment, and shop tools.
