Opportunity:

We're looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Associate Manager who is energized by leading teams, improving operations, and driving meaningful impact across the business. In this role, you'll play a critical part in empowering frontline teams, optimizing performance, and ensuring operational excellence - all while shaping a culture that values collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage facilities & maintenance team ( 5 direct reports) Maintenance Associates + Facilities Associates Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple sites Primarily MAG1, but supports Bristol + MAG2 as needed Manage work order pipeline and maintenance requests Review and prioritize requests through maintenance platform (D365) Own facilities upkeep and infrastructure reliability Includes equipment, buildings, and grounds maintenance Vendor management & decision-making Coordinate and maintain relationships with: General contractors Electrical contractors Equipment repair vendors (forklifts, docks, etc.) Determine in-house vs. outsourced work Project management (light to moderate scope) Lead small-to-mid facility projects (e.g., renovations, repairs) Manage vendors, timelines, and execution (not large-scale site moves) Administrative & operational support Order materials and manage supplies Support inspections, compliance, and occasional orientations Team leadership, coaching, and development Train team members and improve capability Motivate a team that may require guidance and direction Decision-making & ownership Make fast, independent decisions without escalating routine issues Reduce dependency on leadership Strategic and continuous improvement mindset Help "take the operation to the next level"
Your Contributions:
7+ years of relevant functional experience (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of leadership or people management experience Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop others Proven ability to manage operations, solve problems, and drive results A collaborative, team-first mindset with strong communication skills Why Kem Krest?
