Job Description
Lube Center Assistant Manager This is not an entry-level management position . You will play a key role in leading daily operations, developing technicians, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and helping drive the performance and profitability of the Lube Center.

What You'll Do Help lead the daily operations of the Lube Center alongside the Center Manager. Lead, coach, and develop Lube Technicians and other team members. Work alongside your team in a hands-on leadership role . Ensure oil changes, preventative maintenance services, inspections, and other services are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from greeting customers through completion of service. Explain inspection results and recommended maintenance services to customers. Monitor workflow, productivity, and wait times to keep the operation running efficiently. Train and develop new team members while helping build a strong leadership pipeline. Hold team members accountable to company expectations, safety standards, and performance goals. Help manage inventory, supplies, equipment, and overall shop organization. Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment. Assist with achieving sales, customer service, productivity, and profitability goals. Support the Center Manager and step into leadership responsibilities when needed. Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00- $70,000.
