Manufacturing Location:

Elkhart, IN A growing manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead a small maintenance team and support a fast-paced, multi-shift operation. What You'll Do Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance Troubleshoot CNC and manufacturing equipment Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime Manage outside maintenance vendors and identify cost-saving opportunities Work alongside the team and lead by example What We're Looking For Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Organized and dependable Hands-on, working-manager mentality Servant-leader approach Comfortable working with both older and newer manufacturing equipment Must be a U.S. citizen
