We are seeking a hands on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the seamless operation of our manufacturing facility. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the maintenance work process including; establishing PMs, managing crib inventory, coordinating repairs, and managing maintenance staff to uphold the highest standards of safety and functionality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and knowledge of CMMS systems and processes. Duties Supervise daily maintenance operations ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of work orders, service logs, and maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools such as Upkeep or MaintainX. Manage spare parts inventory and crib set up. Develop, implement and adapt preventative maintenance plans to the needs of the facility. Provide hands on support to the manufacturing team as necessary. Qualifications Background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance. 5+ years experience. Understanding of maintenance work processes and CMMS systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and filing tasks. Knowledge of plastics extrusion processes and work experience preferred. Strong organizational skills Welding certification (Optional)
Pay:
$36.00 - $44.00 per hour
