Service Manager Evansville Harley-Davidson - Evansville, IN Lead a High-Performing Team at One of the Industry's Most Recognized Brands Evansville Harley-Davidson is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department and deliver an exceptional ownership experience for every customer. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop Service Technicians and departmental staff. Drive department profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including labor sales, technician productivity, efficiency, proficiency, effective labor rate, and CSI. Ensure repair orders are written, dispatched, and closed accurately and efficiently. Manage workflow to maximize technician productivity and minimize customer wait times. Conduct regular performance coaching, training, and accountability meetings. Partner with Parts and Sales departments to create a seamless customer experience. Resolve customer concerns professionally while building long-term loyalty. Maintain manufacturer standards and dealership operating procedures. Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. Qualifications Previous dealership Service Management experience required (motorcycle, automotive, powersports, or similar industry preferred). Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Proven success managing department profitability and performance metrics. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with dealership management systems is preferred.
