The Opportunity We are hiring Maintenance Supervisors — day shift and night shift — to help strengthen our maintenance operation and improve equipment reliability across the plant. This role exists to reduce downtime, improve technician performance through hands-on coaching and training, and bring greater organization and accountability to the maintenance department. We are looking for someone who can lead from the floor, troubleshoot technical issues, and help build repeatable maintenance processes that improve overall plant performance. What You'll Do Lead and support maintenance technicians in a manufacturing environment Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic equipment issues Help reduce equipment downtime and improve overall maintenance response time Coach and train technicians to improve team capability and performance Create and document work instructions and maintenance procedures Prioritize maintenance activity in a fast-paced production environment Support preventive maintenance programs and maintenance workflow organization Utilize CMMS systems to manage work orders, documentation, and maintenance tracking Promote accountability, urgency, and safe work practices across the maintenance team Work closely with operations leadership to support production goals What Success Looks Like In the first 6-12 months, successful performance in this role will include: Reducing overall equipment downtime Improving maintenance team capability through coaching and development Increasing organization, accountability, and urgency within the department Improving maintenance documentation and repeatable work instructions Helping reduce maintenance-related costs and improve operational efficiency Work Environment Onsite manufacturing / plant environment Fast-paced operational maintenance setting Hands-on leadership culture Supervisors are expected to actively support and guide technicians
Day Shift:
Approximately 6:00 AM - 3:00/3:30 PM Leadership expects salaried supervisors to work approximately 9-9.5 hours daily as needed to support operations What We're Looking For Required Experience & Skills Strong maintenance troubleshooting ability Experience with electrical systems and hydraulics Prior manufacturing or plant maintenance experience Leadership, coaching, or technician training experience CMMS or maintenance management software experience Basic computer and Excel/spreadsheet skills Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work with urgency in a production-driven environment Preferred Background Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience Experience creating SOPs or maintenance work instructions Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and accountability Candidates who enjoy developing and mentoring others Why Join ABG Opportunity to make a visible impact on plant performance and team development Stable manufacturing organization with long-term growth opportunity Hands-on leadership role with direct operational influence Opportunity to help build stronger maintenance systems and processes Competitive compensation and annual bonus opportunity Team-oriented environment that values accountability, reliability, and continuous improvementPay:
