Job Description
Apartment community in the Goshen, Indiana area, Cedarwood Apartments is seeking a qualified Service Manager / Maintenance Technician at our 90 unit Garden style community.
Position is full time and is a working & hands on position as well as requires strong leadership, organization and supervisory skills. On call is required for this position for all emergencies that come up on the property. Qualified applicants must have extensive knowledge in plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, routine HVAC and preventative building maintenance repairs and Apartment turnover timelines. Qualified applicants should also have experience in coordinating the daily functions, schedules, goals and maintenance work flow of a typical mid-size residential apartment community. Candidiate should be able to work in tight timelies as well as play a proactive role in project planning and prioritization of all maintenance related activity in a multi unit apartment environment We offer competitive wages, excellent benefits to include numerous paid holidays and vacation/PTO time, 401K, medical and life insurance as well as opportunities for advancement and an EOE / drug-free workplace.

Must pass a criminal and personal background check as well as take and pass a drug test prior to the start of employment. High School Diploma required Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license Must have own hand and service tools Must be willing to work Monday-Friday, some weekends are required.
