  • Manage strict compliance of all company and regulatory safety policies.
  • Lead direct report salaried employees in supporting North Mill operations.
  • Collaborate with other Department Heads to direct activities of maintenance employees to effectively support operations.
  • Maintain and optimize production equipment and facilities by maximizing uptime while managing equipment reliability through integrated preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
  • Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and maximize uptime.
  • Deliver effective process improvements through appropriate use of Lean / 6-Sigma tools.
  • Utilize Oracle (CMMS) to log corrective work activities and schedule preventative maintenance plans, manage storeroom inventory and for equipment and maintenance material purchasing.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to achieve best pricing and support.
  • Work with Project Managers on capital projects and improvement installations.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications Required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, supported by strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effectively motivates, supervises, and guides team members while providing constructive feedback to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Lead teams and optimize maintenance structure to best support N Mill activities.
  • Analyze failure and performance information / data to develop actionable root cause insights, driving effective corrective actions.
  • Must understand email communication, word processing and spreadsheet applications, preferably Microsoft Office Apps including Outlook, Word, Excel and others. Preferred
  • Experience working in an industrial setting is highly preferred.
  • Four-year degree in engineering/technology is preferred or 7-10 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
