Maintenance Supervisor Job Description The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of maintenance technicians to ensure machinery and equipment are running efficiently and safely. This position oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems at our Jeffersonville facility. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and safe operation of machinery and equipment. Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems. Ensure machinery and equipment are running efficiently and safely. Conduct and manage preventive maintenance schedules. Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs on mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems. Essential Skills Proven ability to teach, train, and develop staff. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues and repairs. Experience with robotics/CNC machines including teaching positions, setups, and adjustments. Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems, pneumatics, and PLCs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
