Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor with strong HVAC experience to oversee maintenance operations for a 100 unit multi-family property. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the community is well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and perform daily maintenance operations Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (required) Oversee work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turns Lead and support maintenance staff (if applicable) Ensure timely completion of service requests and high resident satisfaction Maintain property standards, safety compliance, and curb appeal Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgetsQualifications:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician in multifamily housing Strong HVAC experience (EPA certification) Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance Ability to work independently Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to be on-call for emergency maintenance (rotation as needed)What We Offer:
