Job Description
We have an immediate need for a 1st shift lead industrial maintenance technician. The ideal person will have extensive experience with machine tool repairs including electrical, mechanical and hydraulic skills. This role is responsible to assist in the planning, organizing and implementation of all maintenance activities at our factory and is responsible for ensuring the organization maintains compliance with the framework of specification of preventive and emergent repair / maintenance needs on various factory and building equipment. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following: Must possess good oral and written communication skills between the plant personnel. Must be knowledgeable in various repair processes for electrical and mechanical testing along with and use of proper testing equipment. Must have basic knowledge of inspection work for troubleshooting problems. Must be knowledgeable of techniques and proper procedures for break down repairs. Must be knowledgeable of various machining processes. (mills, lathes, saws etc.) Must be knowledgeable of machine installation/inspections processes. Must be able to perform basic disassembly, inspection and reassembly of machine tools. Must be able to load, unload and transport materials, tools and apparatus to appropriate locations in plants using equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks etc. Prepare basic reports and identify appropriate materials where equipment is assigned Must be knowledgeable of safe rigging practices and overall general safety procedures. Must possess the ability to read and work from blueprints, engineering drawings or instruction manuals Must be able stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs. Must possess a current / valid driver's license Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment testing, background test, physical and drug test
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.

Must be knowledgeable of inspection work for troubleshooting. 4. Must be knowledgeable of electrical/mechanical testing and use of test equipment. 5. Must be knowledgeable of techniques and proper procedures for emergency repairs. 6. Must be knowledgeable of machining processes. 7. Must be knowledgeable of dismantling and assembling. 8. Must be knowledgeable of vertical, horizontal and complete train alignment. 9. Must be knowledgeable of new machine installation/inspections. 10. Must be knowledgeable of vibration analysis and balancing. 11. Must be knowledgeable of safe rigging practices and overall safety. 12.
