As a member of Property Management, Buckingham offers a total compensation package with competitive market salary, commission- and performance-based incentives, paid time off and comprehensive company-sponsored benefits. Responsibilities As Maintenance Supervisor , you are responsible for the overall maintenance; including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property. You will perform and lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.
