Job Summary:
Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead overnight maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role oversees preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, and team performance to minimize downtime and support continuous production.
Job Duties:
Supervise maintenance technicians and electricians performing repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance. Coordinate maintenance schedules with production to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and performance. Monitor KPIs and maintain accurate maintenance and inventory records. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Coach, train, and support employee development while fostering a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. Prior leadership experience in maintenance or manufacturing environments. Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, or automated equipment. Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement methods preferred. Knowledge of industrial systems (PLC, boilers, refrigeration, compressed air) is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
