Job Summary:
Seeking a talented Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations during the night shift. Leading the maintenance teams in all critical equipment maintenance, installations, and repairs across various operations in the plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. The role involves ensuring optimal production efficiency, reduced downtime, and seamless equipment operations to contribute to the facility's success. Your leadership will be key in maintaining top production performance and ensuring equipment runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Manage Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians, focusing on predictive and preventative maintenance, as well as repairs. Supervise maintenance systems, processes, and documentation to ensure efficiency. Collaborate with Production for timely maintenance scheduling and implementation of effective maintenance systems. Provide troubleshooting support, implement long-term solutions, and develop maintenance performance indicators. Maintain regulatory compliance with USDA guidelines and accurate maintenance records. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience required. Experience in leading teams and problem-solving high-level process issues. Strong communication and technical skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and flexibility with work hours. Strong technical skills and leadership experience preferred.
