Tuition reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), employee discounts, and much more! What You Will Be Doing As a Lead Repair Technician, you will play a key role in our Repair Depot operations by: Assisting the Technical Supervisor in planning and communicating work assignments
Performing repairs on all product categories independently following written work instructions
Provides technical guidance to lower level technicians and other departments
Assisting Technicians in meeting performance and safety goals
Assisting with product evaluations
Providing direction to other Repair Depot staff in support of the repair operations
Communicating issues to the technical management team
Inspecting a unit's condition to determine repairable or non-repairable damage
Following written procedures to determine unit performance
Performinh complex repair on units and firmware upgrades
Performing final testing to confirm repair results
Accessing and use diagnostic programs
Performing assigned work while maintaining efficiency and quality standards
Performing electronic and/or mechanical adjustments using specialized test equipment
Performing training for other employees
Creating and validating test and repair procedures
Reviewing and approving parts replacement and unit status
Performing data entry tasks using available reporting systems
Tracking and reporting production and labor information What You Will Bring Your background and experience should include: 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $25.00 and $31.00/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
