Job Summary/Basic Function The job of a Student Building Supervisor is to manage, oversee, and monitor all areas of the Student Recreation Center during campus recreation operation. Oversee safety, customer service, and procedure adherence for all programs in facility while providing guidance, leadership, and evaluation feedback for 100 student staff in aquatics, fitness, member services, and station attendant areas including opening and closing responsibilities.
Specific Responsibilities Work Schedule Early mornings, late nights, weekends. Break hours available.

Job Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the opening and closing of the Student Recreation Center during recreational hours of operation. Supervise student employees, address safety and security issues, attend to injuries, complete hourly counts and reports, and facilitate the laundry cleaning procedures, and some general cleaning.
