Job Description

Description:
Maintenance Planners are responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities in a facility are well-planned and executed in a timely and cost-efficient manner. They work closely with other maintenance personnel as well as operations and engineering teams to schedule regular preventive maintenance, handle emergencies, and conduct inspections of equipment and systems. 1.Develop and managing detailed maintenance schedules and work orders. 2. Preparing schedules for all maintenance outages and PM's for the Maintenance Manager and affected parties. 3. Ensuring that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. 4. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition and maintenance cost. 5. Working with engineering and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades. 6. Procuring, with Parts Manager, necessary maintenance supplies and equipment. 7. Working with vendors and contractors as needed. 8. Participating in the development and implementation of maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
1. Strong organizational and planning skills. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Through maintenance and repair background. 4. Proficient in using maintenance planning and scheduling software. 5. Good knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards. 6. Familiarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processes. 7. Ability to analyze and make accurate and informed decisions as needed. 8. Strong problem-solving skills.
