Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor (Long Term Care) We Own It!. Medicalodges is a 100% employee-owned organization with over 30 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities committed to providing the highest quality of care to our residents. Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical upkeep and emergency repairs and assist contractors to perform major repairs.
Perform regular floor maintenance per Medicalodges standards and policies.
Conduct inspections of all buildings on a regular basis for necessary upkeep and document findings.
Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance such as fire alarm test, zone lines, sprinkler system, and safety surveys, etc., and submit necessary forms to the Service Center on a timely basis.
Plans maintenance schedule based on current and projected needs per facility policy.
Maintain records or documentation per policies.
Access, input, and complete compliance and educational programs on the computer.
Supervise and assist maintenance staff in completion of tasks assigned. (if applicable)Respond to emergency calls.
Job Responsibilities:
