Job Description

Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Role to join their team. As a Maintenance Role, you will be part of the property management department supporting the daily operations of an apartment community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Eudora What's the Job? Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the apartment community Handle resident relations, lease compliance, move-ins/move-outs, and property administration Coordinate and complete maintenance work orders efficiently Prepare vacant units for new occupancy Conduct property inspections and ensure community appearance standards are maintained What's Needed? Ability to perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, and grounds maintenance Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to supervise on-site personnel and contractors as needed Knowledge of HUD, Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies Prior experience in property maintenance or management is preferred but not required What's in it for me?
