Automotive Service Director - Multi franchise Auto Group Join Our Team as an Exceptional Automotive Service Manager! We are a well-established Nissan franchise dealership with a high-volume Express Service operation, and we're looking for an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department to the next level. If you're an organized leader who thrives on developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving measurable results, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing service team. Drive exceptional customer satisfaction and create a world-class service experience. Establish, monitor, and achieve monthly sales, productivity, and profitability goals. Oversee daily service department operations, including workflow, scheduling, and quality control. Maintain efficient shop processes while ensuring repairs are completed accurately and on time. Collaborate with the Parts and Sales departments to maximize dealership performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and safety procedures. Build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding communication and professionalism. Qualifications Previous Automotive Service Management experience is required. Nissan dealership experience is preferred but not required. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop successful teams. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Outstanding customer service and conflict resolution abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of service department operations and financial performance. Results-driven with a proven history of setting and achieving monthly goals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
