We're searching for a hands-on Shop Foreman who leads by example, thrives under pressure, and takes ownership of every repair that rolls through our doors. What You'll Do Lead and supervise technicians while maintaining a productive, positive shop environment. Assign work efficiently to maximize productivity and quality. Assist with diagnostics and complex mechanical repairs on cars, light trucks, medium-duty trucks, diesel equipment, trailers, and heavy equipment. Perform quality control inspections before vehicles leave the shop. Ensure repairs are completed safely, correctly, and on time. Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repair progress. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Train, mentor, and develop technicians. Assist with inventory management and shop equipment maintenance. Help drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Extensive mechanical knowledge and diagnostic ability. Experience with gas and diesel engines. Ability to prioritize multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Positive attitude with a team-first mindset. Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus). Preferred Experience 5+ years of professional automotive or diesel repair. Previous foreman, lead technician, or shop management experience.
