There is no Price Brothers without all the team members that call Price Brothers home." - Lena Price If you are eager to join a team where your opportunities are limitless, find your next career at Price Brothers! •The formal title of this position is Lead Maintenance Technician• Key Role Responsibilities Organize and direct maintenance programs and staff throughout the apartment property Assign and schedule work orders to maintenance team members Follow up with all service requests Assist with supervision of Make-Ready (unit turning) program Maintain adequate parts and appliance inventory at all times Oversee completion of Preventive Maintenance Program and implement Price Brothers Safety program Consistently review the performance and activities of maintenance staff Our Ideal Candidate 2-3 years of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred) At least 1 year experience in a management or leadership role Knowledge of building trades and codes Previous experience with HVAC systems Excellent supervisory, training and organizational skills Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair) Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state HVAC Certification (EPA Type
