Landmark Realty, LLC is currently hiring a Regional Maintenance Manager. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and full benefits offered.

Housing Discount Responsibilities:
Lead on-site maintenance staff and supervisors in the diagnosis of problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and anything else that may come up Train and supervise property teams using the applicable program Review and oversee site performance/ curb appeal, work order completion, shop organization, inventory control, and make-ready management Review employee performance and provide feedback on employee progress Monitor inventory of maintenance shops through an organized system Train and ensure all technicians are using applicable programs Meet with property managers and maintenance supervisor to discuss goals Ensure preventive maintenance is completed in a timely manner Review safety procedures to ensure that all employees are adhering to the process Develop plans to increase maintenance and property efficiency Snow removal management
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of maintenance supervisor experience Minimum of 5 years of residential property maintenance experience HVAC certification Excellent mechanical, electrical, plumbing & HVAC Excellent leadership and communication Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new programs and processes Yardi experience preferred A valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and valid insurance required Must have general tools to perform all maintenance tasks On Call for all Emergencies Maintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
