Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on residential and commercial properties. Oversee facilities maintenance projects from planning through completion while supervising team members or contractors as needed. Execute residential painting projects with attention to detail to enhance property appearance. Utilize computer programs to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes during all maintenance activities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or resident concerns promptly and professionally. Lead by example in supervising maintenance staff, fostering teamwork, safety awareness, and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or construction roles with a focus on residential or commercial properties. Supervising experience demonstrating leadership capabilities in team coordination and project management. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and customer interactions. Bilingual is a plus. Hands-on experience with residential painting techniques is a plus. Ability to follow instructions. Strong safety awareness and adherence to OSHA or local safety regulations. Pay:

$24.86 - $29.94 per hour
