The ideal candidate will possess solid background in maintenance management, and a comprehensive understanding of facilities management. Riverside is 52 Apartments - 'newly renovated' and candidate must handle daily work order with little or no supervision.

//www.riversideatoakbourne.com/ Responsibilities Manage and supervise all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements. Basic knowledge with HVAC systems ( certification not necessary ) Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to schematics and operational standards. Lead project management initiatives for renovations or upgrades, coordinating with contractors and vendors as necessary. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs performed on site. Experience Proven experience in property maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance is required. Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, painting, window replacement, door locks.
